Delivery Policy
All of the items on www.spywatchuk.co.uk are sent to the customer using Royal Mail postal services or Parcel Force.
All orders are by cleared funds (orders will not be despatched until they are paid for in full). Orders paid by Credit/Debit cards are dispatched immediately or as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Items are normally back in stock 2-4 days after stock has depleted.
Orders failing to be delivered will be re-sent at our expense. Orders received that are incorrect should be advised within 2 days of delivery by emailing the email address found here - please provide the order number and the product details and mention that the domain from which the goods were purchased is www.spywatchuk.co.uk
Please note that although Royal Mail first class will normally get there within 2 days, they do state that you should allow 5 days. Also Royal mail do not class a delivery as a query unless it has been overdue by 15 days.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order both before the goods are delivered and up to 7 working days after they are delivered. We will give you a full refund which is inclusive of the postage charges within 30 days of you contacting us via any method on the contact page. We do appreciate reasons for cancellation, however you do not have to provide any reason.
Upon cancellation by you, you must return the goods to the address found on our contact page at your own expense. When returning the items or items ordered, you must ensure that reasonable postage insurance is purchased as it is your responsibility to ensure safe return of the items. If you do not return the goods, then we will arrange collection, in this case you will be charged for this collection. You may be charged for the reduction in value of any goods which you fail to take good care of before returning them.
Warranty
All products carry a twelve month warranty. Faulty products can be returned directly to the address found here. Where no replacement is available, a refund will be issued.
Returns
Please return faulty items along with your full contact details and address, the order number, a description of the fault and please mention that the domain from which the goods were purchased is www.spywatchuk.co.uk.
If the product is faulty, we will re-imburse the postage to return it to us (return postage should be at reasonable cost).
Returned items should be sent recorded for the customers security.
If a product has to be replaced we will cover the cost of sending out the replacement.
www.spywatchuk.co.uk reserves the right to change this policy without notice.
